Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by email or live chat
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Maintain customer databases

  • Strong people skill and proven experience in making people feel happy
  • Some Customer service and/or Sales experience would be an advantage
  • Structured & organised approach to your workload
  • Able to adjust to quick changes as the industry is very dynamic
  • Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing)
  • Highly motivated person
  • Desire to develop
  • Internet literate
  • Some weirdness is a plus
